Welcome to Christ Church in West River. We are a small, friendly Episcopal congregation in beautiful southern Maryland. Our worship and parish life reflect our deep roots in our community and the diversity of our people who come from all age groups, many walks of life and a variety of faith perspectives and experiences. We strive to be a joyful, caring Christian community, living out the promises made at our baptism, to: nurture our connection with God and Jesus Christ; forgive and be forgiven; share the good news of Jesus Christ; love and serve one another; and work for justice and peace in our world.

The mission of Christ Church is to grow spiritually in the Christian Faith, to support one another and to spread God's love throughout our community and the world by our example and deeds.
